Test Engineer – Enterprise Heat Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate system specifications, requirements, and user narratives

• Develop and uphold test documentation and test cases

• Set up and configure testing environments, including both software and hardware installations

• Conduct manual functional, integration, and regression testing

• Confirm system behavior aligns with acceptance criteria and business expectations

• Identify, record, prioritize, and monitor defects using bug tracking systems

• Carry out re-testing and verification of resolved issues

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Customer representatives

• Contribute to unified testing strategies across various products

• Generate comprehensive testing reports and offer insights on software quality and usability

• Facilitate swift feature delivery in a dynamic development setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Manual Testing

• Upper-Intermediate level or above in English

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies

• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla

• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
