Territory Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the designated region, aiming to achieve established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.

• Conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and execute market plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products and, if necessary, assist in information gathering for pharmacovigilance.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of hematology, biologics, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign-invested enterprises.

• Exceptional academic and professional capabilities.

• Strong judgment skills.

• Excellent communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the role, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
