📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area and achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as required by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plan.

• Promptly report any adverse events related to the company's products discovered during daily work, and cooperate with PV to gather necessary information if needed.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the field of hematologic oncology, biologics, or specialty drugs, with a preference for candidates with experience in foreign enterprises.

• Demonstrate exceptional academic expertise along with strong judgment skills.

• Excellent communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Possess a spirit of teamwork and the ability to endure hardship.
