Territory Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products in the targeted region, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.

• Conduct continuous and standardized medical and product information exchanges.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy.

• Effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products.

• Assist in collecting necessary information for pharmacovigilance (PV).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in neurology, chronic disease, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign-funded enterprises.

• Strong academic and professional abilities along with sound judgment skills.

• Excellent communication and language expression skills.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and resilience.
