This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement field sales strategies and promote product growth within the Ontario area.
• Increase distribution, secure key shelf placements, and cultivate relationships with retail partners, store personnel, and local distributors.
• Train retailers, enhance in-store visibility, and foster brand loyalty to assist adult smokers in transitioning from traditional cigarettes to JUUL.
• Develop and execute sales tactics to boost distribution points, optimize shelf arrangements, enhance product presentation, and encourage consumer trials and conversions.
• Engage with established accounts and pursue both traditional and non-traditional retail outlets.
• Strategically plan and organize daily and weekly routes to effectively cover the territory and achieve volume and distribution objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for activity tracking, lead management, customer data updates, and identifying sales prospects.
• Carry out trade marketing and branding efforts at the store level.
• Meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Establish strong relationships with store managers, owners, and distributor sales representatives.
• Conduct product training sessions, staff demonstrations, and retailer advocacy programs.
• Participate in local trade shows, distributor gatherings, and retailer training events as necessary.
• Provide field insights, competitive intelligence, and account challenges to the Territory Sales Manager and regional leadership.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), spirits, tobacco, and/or consumer electronics is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and adept at using CRM software (Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on confidently presenting product benefits to small business owners and retail staff.
• Capable of completing tasks from start to finish in a fast-paced, continually changing environment while taking direction from leadership as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
