This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
β’ Progress to a Territory Manager position within 1-3 years
β’ Drive sales for the TTM product portfolio
β’ Provide patient education in targeted key accounts
β’ Market and promote all relevant TTM products to key targeted accounts
β’ Expand the customer base within the existing region
β’ Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and quotas
β’ Identify and execute product evaluations
β’ Address customer inquiries regarding product functionality
β’ Assist the Territory Manager with inventory and administrative responsibilities
β’ Support and fulfill the Regional Manager's business plan alongside the field team
β’ Engage in quarterly Territory Business Planning meetings and weekly business calls
β’ Monitor existing service agreements and participate in new service agreement sales
β’ Conduct in-person training on TTM products
β’ Attend department-level training sessions, skills fairs, and simulation labs
β’ Present quarterly Formal Results Presentations to key accounts
β’ Identify, finalize, and initiate education for TTM Analytics Subscriptions
β’ Share clinical data on Analytics Subscriptions to enhance therapy
β’ Collect and upload patient data into the Analytics Portal
β’ Deliver Practical Application Classes, Patient Debriefings, Formal Results Presentations, One Page FRPs, Protocol Support, Stakeholder Meetings, Fleet Reviews, Strategic Account Visits, Product Training, and Analytics Reports
β’ Assist with inventory management and initiate orders for TTM products when stock is low
β’ Collaborate with Territory Managers, Clinical Coordinators/Specialists, Clinical Managers, and other field team members
β’ 1-3 years of B2B experience is required
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required
β’ 80% travel within the territory is necessary
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree, degree-level qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
β’ Capability to establish rapport with customers and foster business relationships
β’ Strong customer service skills
β’ Ability to create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations
β’ Skill in assessing and analyzing customer issues and connecting TTM Solutions as suitable resolutions
β’ Aptitude for learning and applying Consultative Selling techniques
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Organizational and time management skills for effective prospecting
β’ Awareness of competitive devices and market trends, threats, and opportunities
