This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Implement the Magnolia Medical sales process with adherence and regularity.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory, including locating new accounts, stakeholders, and internal advocates.

• Develop and sustain robust, multi-faceted relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Area Vice President and Account Executives to implement account strategies that enhance conversion and adoption.

• Facilitate in-services, training sessions, and educational programs to aid in product implementation and ongoing utilization.

• Examine account-level data, including contamination rates and utilization patterns, to pinpoint opportunities and inform strategy.

• Articulate clinical and economic value, including ROI, to various stakeholders.

• Maintain a high level of activity, incorporating cold outreach, on-site meetings, and follow-ups.

• Record sales activities, customer interactions, and case data within the CRM system.

• Foster sales growth and market development within a specified geographic area.

• Generate revenue, enhance adoption, and improve protocol adherence within assigned accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 1–3 years of sales experience.

• Proficiency in prospecting, territory development, and pipeline management.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical settings.

• Experience in selling complex or solution-oriented products is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage rejection and navigate lengthy, intricate sales cycles.

• Strong skills in pipeline management and organizational discipline.

• Experience in training, onboarding, or influencing user behavior.

• Capability to confidently present to groups, including clinical audiences.

• Ability to understand and communicate clinical concepts effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for linking product value to both clinical and financial results.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the designated territory.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours to suit clinical settings.

• Ability to acquire and maintain vendor credentials for hospital access.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
