This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Promote and market all relevant TTM products to strategically identified accounts.
• Broaden the customer presence within the current region.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and forecasts for TTM products.
• Recognize and execute product evaluations.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product functionality.
• Support Territory Managers with inventory management and administrative duties.
• Implement the Regional Manager's business strategy alongside Territory Managers, Clinical Coordinators/Specialists, and Clinical Managers.
• Engage in quarterly Territory Business Planning meetings and weekly business discussions.
• Oversee existing service agreements and pursue new service agreement sales.
• Conduct in-person product training to enhance TTM product adoption and collect market insights.
• Participate in departmental in-service training, skill fairs, and simulation labs.
• Present quarterly Formal Results Presentations to key accounts.
• Identify, finalize, and initiate education for TTM Analytics Subscriptions.
• Share clinical data from Analytics Subscription to promote and drive therapy.
• Gather and upload patient information into the Analytics Portal from approved clients.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel 80% within the territory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to establish rapport with customers and build strong business relationships.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations.
• Ability to quickly evaluate and analyze customer issues.
• Skill in aligning TTM Solutions with customer requirements.
• Capacity to learn and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to operate within the Denver and Phoenix territory.
