
Territory Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for a designated geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across various medical subspecialties.
• Manage hybrid relationships through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Engage with both chain and independent retail pharmacies.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies, efficiencies, and return on investment (ROI).
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit targets.
• Monitor and manage territory-specific information using a CRM system.
• Carry out additional miscellaneous job responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing an independent territory.
• History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of clinical information.
• Capability to effectively communicate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Proficient in utilizing a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva).
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in manipulating a keyboard and operating a telephone and handheld devices.
