Territory Sales Representative – Renewables, Power Transmission & Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive growth in the power, renewables, and critical infrastructure markets across North Carolina and South Carolina.

• Manage and enhance strategic accounts within the designated territory and business segment.

• Create tailored account strategies aimed at increasing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Implement strategic plans to capture market share within the assigned geographic area.

• Take ownership of sales revenue accountability and achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Assess sales potential, prepare budgets, and uphold sales tracking and management reporting.

• Build and maintain a sales opportunity pipeline adequate to achieve annual top-line growth objectives.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, suggesting strategies for revenue optimization.

• Utilize CRM software to manage pre-call plans, contact management, quotations, communications/email tracking, project management, and daily sales tasks.

• Propel sales growth and engineering specifications through connections with key decision-makers.

• Examine market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.

• Develop account-level action plans based on applications, industry knowledge, buying influences, and differentiators.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within strategic accounts.

• Establish and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.

• Deliver technical presentations and product installation training to various audiences.

• Stay informed about Roxtec's internal policies and Core Values.

• Carry out other related duties as required to fulfill organizational needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60%.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Commitment to Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.

• Skilled in time and travel management.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience; technical and/or project sales experience preferred.

• Required to wear PPE as necessary.

• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, with reasonable accommodations where needed.

• This position is considered safety-sensitive.
