This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the sales and promotion of Lilly products within a designated territory.
• Engage with dermatologists and allergists.
• Achieve aligned sales performance through effective interactions with targeted customers.
• Execute assigned duties in the designated territory according to set expectations.
• Promote aligned products within the Immunology sales team.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Meet or surpass account/call activity and time-in-territory expectations.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources across target accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate payers, health systems, and business drivers to enhance access and improve patient outcomes.
• Analyze sales data and recommend actions to optimize opportunities in line with brand strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the disease state, products, marketplace, and key competitors.
• Create customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers to execute business unit/brand strategy.
• Utilize marketing and sales materials for physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Organize and plan activities for regular and consistent coverage of the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs, adhering to industry and corporate policies and procedures.
• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven history and track record of sales success.
• Experience navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Resident of the territory is required.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Completion of all company- and job-related training as assigned within required timelines.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be necessary based on the assigned territory and customer needs.
• Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled space for product samples may be required.
