
Territory Sales Representative, Dental Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Represent and support all sales activities related to clinical CAD/CAM and Imaging in each market.
• Assist with technology equipment initiatives throughout the designated geography, which includes training, advising customers, organizing peer-to-peer selling events, and participating in tradeshows.
• Cultivate new prospects and engage with existing customers directly or in partnership with dealers to promote products and services.
• Create and execute a territory sales business plan in collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders.
• Organize and lead meetings and product training sessions for diverse audiences to enhance product demand.
• Provide account management services to both assigned and prospective customers.
• Establish dealer relationships through sales presentations, closing deals, providing product knowledge updates, and related activities.
• Maintain communication with dealer branch/center managers, regional/zone managers, and sales staff.
• Foster and uphold strong collaboration with internal teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business sales.
• Preferred experience in capital equipment sales, technical sales, CAD/CAM, or Imaging.
• Experience in the dental industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving results in long-cycle, relationship-driven sales environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• High level of maturity and professionalism.
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Overnight travel capability is required; anticipated travel is 50%.
• Must be eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
