This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated region while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Recognize and comprehend customer requirements, aligning suitable resources and facilitating pull-through activities.
• Attain advanced knowledge of products and disease states for meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Market the company's inaugural product to Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners, and selected Primary Care Physicians.
• Propel sales performance to meet or exceed established sales objectives.
• Convey clinically relevant messages that introduce a new treatment option and address customer concerns.
• Cultivate an understanding of the territory's market dynamics and access opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and office personnel to expedite pull-through processes.
• Formulate territory business strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists.
• Work together with colleagues, marketing, training, and sales operations teams.
• Share best practices and promote operational execution.
• Oversee CRM utilization and manage expense reporting duties.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of successful experience in medical sales (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in GI Specialty is preferred.
• A proven and consistent record of success in sales performance.
• Experience in launching new products.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing all available resources (marketing, market access pull-through, and technology solutions).
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with office staff and others within the customer network.
• Proven success in both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital meeting platforms such as Veeva Engage, Teams, and Zoom.
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Some overnight travel within the territory may be necessary based on geography.
• Travel to national, regional, and corporate offices may also be required.
