
Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Drive sales growth and enhance the market share of hearing instruments.
• Build and sustain relationships with hearing care professionals within the designated territory.
• Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including regular face-to-face meetings and overnight stays.
• Implement strategic business plans for territory development and revenue expansion.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of products and their accessories.
• Record customer interactions, sales efforts, and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Address any customer quality or service concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers.
• Fulfill sales and corporate reporting obligations.
• Represent the company at customer events and industry conferences.
• Showcase GN technology and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational workshops.
• Work autonomously while effectively managing time, travel, and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and business partners.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in ongoing technical and professional development.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is required.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving territory growth.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access is necessary.
• Experience in database management is required.
• Exceptional presentation skills are a must.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Capability to lift up to 15 lbs, along with the ability to sit, walk, and stand as needed.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, with some evening commitments as required.
• A Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree is preferred.
• Experience in clinical audiology or hearing healthcare is desirable.
