
Territory Sales Manager – Flexible Food Packaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Meet short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives for plastic packaging solutions, which encompass printed films, bags, and customized label printing within the designated sales territory.
• Actively seek out new and existing clientele across large, medium, and small enterprises.
• Sustain current business relationships in a sustainable manner.
• Develop annual plans, oversee budgets, and analyze market and customer information to inform strategic choices.
• Utilize the CRM system for visit documentation, customer support, and tracking sales activities.
• Gather customer insights and generate concepts for new sales avenues and product line enhancements.
• Address complaints in collaboration with the Quality Management department.
• Examine competitors and pricing trends to refine sales methodologies.
• Negotiate special pricing and conditions in coordination with sales management.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate prompt decision-making.
• Drive revenue growth and forge strong relationships with clients.
• Comprehend customer requirements and effectively showcase products.
• Report directly to the Sales Director for Italy & France.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Background in the packaging sector, particularly with plastic packaging for the food industry, is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, passionate, and persuasive.
• Fluent in French.
• Professionally proficient in English.
• Italian language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within your region and mobile.
• Possess a Class B driver's license.
• Strong alignment with the brand and plastic packaging products.
• Ability to share enthusiasm for the products.
