
Territory Sales Manager – Central/Western WA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive revenue growth by seeking out and acquiring new clients while nurturing relationships with current customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively present products or services.
• Negotiate agreements and consistently meet or surpass sales targets for the Wiring Device - Kellman product line.
• Identify and pursue potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and broaden the customer base.
• Showcase products and services through demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts for sales agreements.
• Close sales by understanding customer needs and addressing any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support product or service delivery and meet customer needs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives.
• Enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and personal development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).
• Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude and persistent approach towards achieving goals.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems for managing and updating customer information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
