This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to establish pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance market visibility.
• Support the patient journey by working alongside Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams.
• Work in partnership with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts.
• Create scalable solutions through customer engagement to meet their needs and promote therapy adoption.
• Develop and manage strategic territory plans aimed at business growth and forming long-term partnerships.
• Communicate effectively and consistently through in-person meetings and video conferencing.
• Conduct territory business planning and forecasting based on physician and DME targets.
• Construct and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans for leadership review.
• Exhibit urgency and accountability to the sales organization.
• Analyze market trends and assess sales strategies, costs, and outcomes.
• Perform sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research.
• Oversee CRM administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer education events.
• Meet territory sales objectives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Showcase exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Preferred knowledge or experience in the medical device industry.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in launching new products to market is desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential; relevant work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Demonstrated excellence in all forms of communication, including product and media presentations during virtual sales calls.
• A self-starter with a proven sales record over multiple years.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on execution and accountability for ongoing improvement.
• Team-oriented with a robust work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as required to achieve objectives.
• All duties and responsibilities listed are essential for this position; however, business conditions may necessitate reasonable adaptations for additional tasks and responsibilities.

• Target commission of $120,000 (uncapped).
• On-target earnings (OTE) of $210,000 at 100% of plan.
