This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Increase sales within a designated territory
• Enhance current dealer partnerships while establishing new dealer accounts
• Generate demand through direct interaction with end users
• Identify, qualify, and open new dealer accounts
• Meet or surpass sales objectives through account acquisition and dealer growth
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of dealer opportunities until closure
• Target and prioritize accounts categorized as A, B, and C
• Allocate time and call frequency based on account prioritization
• Stimulate demand through product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-alongs
• Provide guidance to dealers on product selection and inventory levels
• Promote the adoption of core tools, cordless products, accessories, and consumables
• Conduct in-store training sessions and demonstrations
• Utilize trade shows, demo days, and local events to generate leads and secure business
• Ensure accurate CRM updates regarding pipeline status, activities, and territory performance
• Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and necessary company events
• Carry out other responsibilities that support territory growth objectives
• Candidate must reside in the Seattle metro area and cover the Western half of Washington State
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Previous territory sales experience is necessary; inside sales or other customer-facing roles may be considered
• Strong ambition to build a career in field sales with a focus on territory development and new business growth
• Willingness and ability to learn new products, sales strategies, and procedures
• Self-driven with a competitive attitude and determination to meet and exceed targets
• Comfortable initiating in-person conversations with potential customers
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and goal-setting; capable of managing a territory independently
• Ability to influence and persuade customers through effective communication, demonstrations, and presentations
• Comfortable and proficient in safely demonstrating power tools
• Capable of organizing and executing customer events, including loading and unloading tools and materials
• Able to safely lift up to 75 lbs
• Must operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with company auto policy
• Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Professional appearance with the ability to represent the brand with confidence and credibility
• Strong active listening skills to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Clear and confident communication and presentation abilities
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Capacity to stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to sales conversations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a dynamic field environment
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
• Willingness to travel overnight 20–25% on average
