This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and nurture existing accounts while establishing new ones to enhance sales growth.
• Deliver precise sales forecasts and perform competitive analyses.
• Evaluate market segments to uncover growth and development prospects.
• Organize daily sales activities utilizing CRM and a systematic call frequency approach.
• Execute sales promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation initiatives.
• Tailor sales presentations to boost customers’ annual sales figures.
• Suggest pricing adjustments within established parameters.
• Resolve customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Keep customer profiles and territory/account sales records up to date.
• Travel daily within the Denver Metro/Front Range area, with potential overnight travel on weekdays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, ideally in the building products sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the building products industry.
• Experience in sales management within dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• General awareness of major competitive brands in the industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize various responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity and self-motivation.
• Open to adapting to new working methods.
• Capable of maintaining productivity during challenging situations.
• Willingness to embrace new processes, technologies, and perspectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues towards shared objectives.
• Daily travel within the territory, with possible overnight travel during the week.
