This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Achieve or surpass the quarterly sales targets for the designated region.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans that outline sales goals and potential challenges.
• Deliver monthly sales forecasts for the specified area.
• Articulate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, evaluate, and nurture accounts to facilitate the adoption of Calyxo products within kidney stone practices.
• Relay market conditions and suggest enhancements to commercial processes.
• Collaborate with Professional Education to provide clinical and training assistance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Work alongside Regional Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams to prioritize customers for corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Complete and submit all required sales reporting forms punctually.
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety concerns.
• Uphold organizational goals, policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act compliance.
• Maintain a professional and trustworthy image with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or sales management.
• Medical device experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets compared to sales plans.
• Proficient in navigating and expediting hospital and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) product approval processes.
• Experience in the operating room is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and urology products.
• Strong connections with local urologists are highly desirable.
• Successful history of launching innovative and disruptive technologies.
• Proficient in handling complex reimbursement scenarios.
• Familiarity with the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones is preferred.
• Compliance with applicable vaccination requirements at county, state, and federal levels.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Ability to establish and maintain credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, etc., for entry into hospitals and medical facilities.
• Variable compensation of $140,000 on an annualized basis.
