This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Implement the Magnolia Medical sales process with diligence and consistency.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Recognize new accounts, key stakeholders, and internal advocates.
• Establish and sustain relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Area Vice President and Account Executives on account strategies.
• Propel account conversion, adoption, and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct in-services, training sessions, and educational programs.
• Evaluate account-level data, including contamination rates and utilization trends.
• Articulate clinical and economic value, including return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain a high level of activity through cold outreach, on-site meetings, and follow-ups.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions, and case data in the CRM system.
• Support revenue growth and market development within the assigned region.
• Reside in the Detroit metropolitan area.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience is required.
• Familiarity with prospecting, territory development, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to handle rejection and navigate lengthy, complex sales cycles.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and organizational discipline.
• Experience in training, onboarding, or influencing user behavior.
• Ability to confidently present to groups, including clinical audiences.
• Proficient in learning and conveying clinical concepts effectively.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and capacity to link product value to clinical and financial outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, within the assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours to meet the needs of clinical environments.
• Able to obtain and retain vendor credentials for hospital access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license is required.
