Territory Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales and service targets in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories.

• Market and promote Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services to both current and potential customers.

• Create and execute sales strategies for both existing and new clientele.

• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and services.

• Analyze sales trends within the customer base and geographical territory.

• Organize sales activities to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.

• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to enhance relationships.

• Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to grow the core business.

• Identify new customers and convert clients from competing firms.

• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to increase market presence.

• Keep precise records and files for customers.

• Report any product issues, customer attrition, and competitor sales tactics to management.

• Remain updated on products, technologies, clinical research, and competitive landscape.

• Enforce company policies and procedures at the territory level.

• Set and maintain a travel schedule for customer engagement.

• Oversee the designated geographical territory within the specified expense budget.

• Complete administrative documentation in a timely manner.

• Engage in national, international, and local trade exhibitions and company gatherings.

• Assist with established educational initiatives in Yorba Linda when territory customers are present.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of results-driven sales experience or equivalent.

• Experience in the medical device or dental industry is preferred.

• Experience with implants is advantageous.

• Having the ability to drive a car is a fundamental aspect of this role.

• Capability to understand and articulate highly technical product and clinical information.

• Possess professional sales skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer skills.

• Must reside centrally within the territory; Greater Washington DC or Montgomery County is preferred.
