This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Map product and account data from external sources to specific business-unit assignments for sales compensation.
• Develop mapping tables that link various data sources while continually automating manual processes.
• Engage, communicate, and influence both internal and external team members effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales compensation team and internal distribution partners.
• Address B2B misalignments, manage unmapped data, and oversee new account assignments.
• Assist in the annual year-end data mapping, including the application of configuration changes for the upcoming year to historical data.
• Assign monthly commission revenue and facilitate commission payments.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated commercial teams.
• Clarify financial data and reporting insights across various functions.
• Identify challenges and provide timely feedback on solutions.
• Promote automation, standardization, and consistency within processes.
• Execute manual adjustments and revenue reconciliation as necessary.
• Analyze data to determine product offerings by position type.
• Build and align sales territories while establishing and managing quotas for the Life Sciences Group in North America.
• Oversee workflows, timelines, cross-functional communication, and process enhancements.
• Assist with the manual mapping of account and product revenue to selling teams.
• Connect data streams to ensure accurate product and account assignments through system automation and database hygiene.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations while collaborating with IT, Finance, and Sales departments.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial finance, or FP&A is required.
• Proficient in Excel and data management with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
• Experience with CRM systems and Salesforce is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Corporate Operations, Research and Product offerings, Finance, Compensation, Commercial Sales Alignment, and IT/CRM processes.
• Ability to influence and engage with both internal and external partners.
• Resourcefulness in problem-solving, information sharing, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently, multitasking, and maintaining focus on monthly deliverables with strict deadlines.
• Ability to retain professional composure in a dynamic and matrixed work environment.
