Territory Manager, USA – Florida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person visits to dog and cat breeders, shelters, rescues, and trainers within the designated territory.

• Provide education and training to potential customers on the advantages of the brand and successfully close sales of products.

• Ensure compliance with the newly established recommendation portal and PRO App.

• Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for territory expansion.

• Attend, plan, and coordinate events such as dog and cat shows across the United States, including regions outside the assigned territory as necessary; a minimum of 12 events per calendar year is expected.

• Serve as a brand ambassador at all times.

• Familiarize yourself with, understand, and promote the complete Farmina product catalog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience or equivalent relevant experience in the animal health sector.

• Comfortable managing a large territory.

• Willingness to travel overnight and on weekends, with travel required 75% of the time.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for territory management purposes.

• Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong skills in building relationships.

• Reside within 30 miles of a major airport.

• Experience in breeding or shelter work is preferred.

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
