This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ensure that the designated territory meets or surpasses sales and clinical goals for the Structural Heart TAVI division.
• Oversee commercial accounts and trial sites within the assigned territory while reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and meet quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate territory initiatives with Territory Clinical Sales Specialists and the Regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
• Develop and execute customer-centric sales and clinical strategies for TAVI programs.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Create sales and account plans utilizing clinical data, sales metrics, and analytics.
• Utilize SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales process effectively.
• Complete field training to independently support cases and become an Abbott proctor delegate.
• Scrub in sterile environments and assist with valve loading and case support for TAVI procedures using Navitor with FlexNav and various other devices.
• Assess patient anatomy and valve sizing through the Pie Medical 3 Mensio CT program and deliver sizing reports.
• Analyze angiography, TTE, TEE, CT, ECG, and hemodynamic data.
• Cultivate customer relationships and work collaboratively with hospital departments to identify key stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, trade shows, educational conferences, and webinars.
• Provide in-services and on-site product training.
• Maintain clinical proficiency through ongoing company product training.
• Forecast and implement quarterly action plans while managing account consignment.
• Complete the vendor credentialing process required by hospitals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years in cardiovascular experience, including at least 3 years of specific sales experience in SH, TEVAR, or EVAR, OR a minimum of 100 TAVI cases.
• TAVI experience is highly preferred.
• Clinical competence and a thorough understanding of severe aortic stenosis disease state.
• Strong clinical insight.
• Proven track record of sales performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and process management skills.
• Verification of the ability to fulfill vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
• Preferred experience in CT/TTE/TEE/angiography imaging.
• Prior sales experience in the TAVI industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel over 50% based on staffing and regional needs.
• Capability to complete field training and obtain authorization to independently support cases and act as an Abbott proctor delegate.
• Ability to fulfill hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
