This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive sales and advocate for Neogard's high-performance flooring solutions throughout the West Coast of the United States and Western Canada.
• Manage and enhance relationships with contractors, architects, owners, engineers, and other key decision-makers.
• Support current accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the architecture and engineering community to develop Neogard specifications.
• Lead initiatives that establish Neogard as a premier choice for liquid-applied flooring systems.
• Mentor Neogard Account Managers within local territories.
• Share expertise on liquid coating applications for flooring.
• Utilize CRM to organize and track daily sales activities, follow-ups, and project advancements.
• Provide technical expertise, sales skills, field assistance, and support to representatives, distributors, and contractors.
• Establish direct communication with owners, architects, engineers, design professionals, and consultants.
• Foster collaborative relationships with representatives, distributors, contractors, and field sales personnel.
• Support trade organizations, exhibitions, and committees.
• Conduct presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Assist Neogard Account Managers with their presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• 7+ years of proven sales experience in resinous floor coatings and general construction materials.
• Experience and capability to work with resinous flooring products in a jobsite or field environment.
• Hands-on experience with resinous flooring is preferred.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Proficient understanding of polymeric flooring technology.
• Familiarity with Neogard products, processes, and sales procedures.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
