This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Foster relationships with providers to enhance support for Vivo Infusion clinics in the designated region.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inform them about Vivo's offerings and the advantages for patients.
• Identify new business prospects and cultivate current relationships.
• Keep track of market developments while collaborating with clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams.
• Collaborate with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to create effective strategies.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address the concerns of providers and patients.
• Evaluate the infusion requirements of providers and advocate for Vivo's patient-centered services and processes.
• Clarify the clinic intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-efficient care.
• Leverage pharmaceutical representative contact sheets to establish relationships within the territory.
• Record daily calls and maintain regional documentation in Trella Health CRM.
• Seek sales opportunities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and care quality.
• Work collaboratively with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Embody Vivo's mission, values, and guiding principles.
• Travel approximately 90% of the time within the assigned territory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales is essential.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation is necessary.
• Demonstrated history of managing a sales territory while achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Capability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
• Outstanding customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous, and experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, smell, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision capabilities, including close, color, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
