This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Travel throughout the Brooklyn and Staten Island area to foster relationships with providers that support Vivo Infusion clinics.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inform them about Vivo's services and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business prospects while maintaining and enhancing existing relationships.
• Stay informed about market developments and work closely with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams.
• Collaborate with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to formulate strategic approaches.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to resolve provider and patient issues.
• Evaluate providers' infusion requirements and advocate for Vivo's patient-focused services and processes.
• Clarify clinic intake procedures, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
• Leverage provided Pharma Rep contact lists to establish relationships in the territory.
• Employ Trella Health CRM to record daily communications and maintain regional documentation.
• Seek out sales opportunities with an emphasis on enhancing patient outcomes and care quality.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Uphold Vivo's core principles, mission, and values.
• Report directly to the Regional Infusion Services Director.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales is necessary.
• A valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• A proven history of managing a sales territory while consistently meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, quick learning capacity, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage is required.
• Capability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is expected.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is an advantage.
