
Territory Manager – Service Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Propel revenue growth by selling Donaldson equipment services, replacement parts, and preventive maintenance agreements.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for your territory to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer prospects within targeted industries and market segments.
• Market and sell Donaldson services to both existing and potential customers.
• Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation efforts.
• Formulate strategies for account penetration to boost sales of services, parts, and maintenance agreements.
• Deliver post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Foster and grow customer relationships while pinpointing additional opportunities to enhance service and parts sales.
• Develop partnerships with dealers, contractors, and internal sales teams.
• Utilize CRM systems and authorized sales tools for managing opportunities, forecasting, tracking pipeline activities, and planning your territory.
• Acquire technical knowledge in industrial dust collection systems to address and resolve customer issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience in industrial sales is preferred.
• Prior experience in service sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and grow a sales territory successfully.
• A track record of generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Familiarity with industrial dust, fume, and mist collection solutions.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to excel in a self-directed work environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
