📋 Description

• Propel business expansion and oversee significant hospital accounts.

• Enhance patient access to specialized therapies within designated regions.

• Formulate and implement multi-channel account strategies to meet revenue objectives.

• Improve hospital access and monitor brand adoption across primary accounts.

• Build and sustain scientific and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, department heads, clinical specialists, and hospital procurement teams.

• Coordinate structured clinical discussions, advisory panels, and educational events.

• Effectively convey therapeutic value.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, and Market Access teams.

• Synchronize field tactics with broader product strategies and account requirements.

• Keep abreast of changes in the healthcare landscape, hospital tender procedures, and competitor activities.

• Ensure complete compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Saudi Nationals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Life Sciences field.

• 3–5 years of proven sales/territory management experience in specialty pharmaceuticals; experience in Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology is preferred.

• Established history in key account management within major Saudi hospital networks, such as MOH, NGHA, KFSH&RC, or Military.

• Active registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

• Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Strategic account management and strong analytical skills.

• Advanced negotiation abilities and stakeholder influence.

• High scientific and clinical understanding.

• Demonstrated agility, resilience, and a sense of business ownership.
