This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with primary accounts in facial aesthetics.
• Create actionable quarterly account strategies with defined objectives and results.
• Assess account strategies utilizing sales data, customer segmentation insights, and market intelligence.
• Implement customer segmentation and planning activities for calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet account management goals and sales objectives.
• Analyze monthly customer purchasing patterns and convey targeted levels relative to account or volume aspirations.
• Develop stakeholder maps that include prescribers, users, initiators, decision-makers, and buyers.
• Align account strategies with cycle marketing initiatives and promotional programs.
• Implement current marketing campaigns employing compliant support materials.
• Analyze patient journeys to discover sales and marketing opportunities.
• Keep track of market trends through interactions with clients, suppliers, and industry meetings.
• Conduct market assessments and monitor product availability.
• Utilize digital sales tools to convey product selling messages and clinical data.
• Fulfill third-line sales needs in accordance with the Medical Aesthetics portfolio strategy.
• Offer product support and guidance for toxins and fillers.
• Assist in best-practice patient consultations and evaluations.
• Channel injector requests for clinical facilitation through the VEEVA system.
• Maintain therapeutic knowledge via the internal six-monthly certification program.
• Keep precise weekly records of customer visits and data in VEEVA.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, and other work-related events.
• Ensure that sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Manage business expenses in line with budgetary restrictions and policies.
• Report adverse events within 24 hours.
• Support AbbVie’s Quality Management System and internal auditing procedures.
• Comply with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, WHS programs, and internal compliance protocols.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare or a business-related field.
• Proven experience in account management planning methodologies, encompassing stakeholder mapping, sales data analysis, account prioritization, and the sales cycle.
• Established track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in a medical device or specialty sales role within the medical device/pharmaceutical sector.
• Capability to acquire and retain scientific product knowledge, relevant anatomy and physiology, and disease state information.
• Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge and the ability to discuss new treatment options, research findings, and conference topics.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and managing resources to achieve goals.
• Willingness to occasionally attend business meetings outside standard hours in an international, matrixed environment.
