This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive growth in the territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within neurovascular specialties.
• Take ownership of complete territory management, encompassing account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue accountability.
• Establish and nurture strong clinical relationships, including engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and maintaining regular customer interactions.
• Gain a profound understanding of customer needs and clinical practices through consistent lab time, scheduled customer visits, and ongoing market analysis.
• Facilitate product adoption via training, demonstrations, and clinical education sessions.
• Effectively position products within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to maximize commercial results.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitors, converting insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Function autonomously in a dynamic, field-based territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Preferred experience in neurovascular, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, or related fields; broader vascular, endovascular, or cardiology experience will also be taken into account.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and expanding both existing and new accounts.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, clinical applications, and procedural settings.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage a field-based territory successfully.
• Strong skills in building relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude, accompanied by a high level of energy and initiative.
• Valid driver’s license.
