This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
β’ Drive business expansion and ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
β’ Implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
β’ Serve as Halterβs local representative.
β’ Prioritize daily activities to enhance growth performance and customer value.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
β’ Identify new leads and opportunities through outreach, referrals, industry events, inbound inquiries, and other avenues.
β’ Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
β’ Screen, qualify, demonstrate the product, and negotiate contracts with customers.
β’ Maintain post-sale relationships, offer support, and resolve product-related challenges.
β’ Ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer onboarding and deployment.
β’ Manage the complete customer experience during onboarding and deployment processes.
β’ Cultivate relationships with regional agricultural organizations within the beef industry.
β’ Collect customer feedback and share field insights with Support, Product, and R&D teams.
β’ Collaborate with Support to address customer issues and escalate problems as necessary.
β’ Proven value-based sales experience with a strong track record of opportunity creation, deal closures, and building enduring customer relationships.
β’ Experience in delivering post-sales value and upselling to enhance partnerships.
β’ Familiarity with beef operations or the beef industry, or a strong enthusiasm and willingness to quickly learn about farm operations.
β’ Ability to employ critical thinking to manage a large territory while balancing sales and customer success.
β’ Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
