Territory Manager – Interventional Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Cultivate new business relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems across the designated territory.

• Market advanced medical devices utilized in Interventional Oncology and image-guided procedures.

• Oversee a portfolio that may encompass capital equipment, procedural technologies, and disposable products.

• Establish connections with Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Oncologists, and other procedural specialists.

• Deliver clinical and technical education to facilitate product adoption and enhance utilization.

• Formulate and implement territory strategies to meet sales targets.

• Assist in the introduction of new products and competitive transitions.

• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and commercial teams throughout the sales cycle.

• Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in medical device or healthcare sales.

• Preferred background in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Vascular, Cardiology, Oncology, Surgery, or another procedural specialty.

• Proven track record in selling capital equipment, disposable devices, or other clinically intricate technologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business.

• Comfortable engaging with physicians and hospital decision-makers.

• Strong skills in territory management, presentation, and negotiation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
