This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the commercial relationship for a portfolio of established Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Lead negotiations for renewals and opportunities for expansion.
• Cultivate customer relationships through various channels including email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Analyze customer organizations and formulate account engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on adoption, pricing, renewals, and growth initiatives.
• Negotiate contract conditions and pricing structures.
• Address subscription and upgrade inquiries promptly.
• Present the value of expansion to stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct discovery sessions and online demonstrations of the platform.
• Develop playbooks, email templates, and meeting structures.
• Utilize customer health and product data to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Formulate strategies to enhance engagement, growth, and customer advocacy.
• Perform market research to assess consumer needs and competitor actions.
• Generate pipeline through prospecting and outbound efforts.
• Report and maintain monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Keep Salesforce account details updated while closing renewals and expansions.
• Monitor license usage in relation to contractual agreements and identify upsell possibilities.
• Work closely with Product and Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Share customer insights with internal teams and senior leadership.
• Occasionally travel for Loopio events or in-person customer meetings.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Strategic Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar position, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in growing and nurturing relationships with named accounts, including Global Banks and Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
• Demonstrated success in developing sales opportunities and managing intricate deal cycles.
• Experience integrating into key accounts to drive business outcomes that support account growth.
• Ability to establish relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives.
• Proficient in building cross-functional relationships and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to extract insights from data and reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with an understanding of organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with a dynamic sales technology stack.
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
