This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Assist senior account managers by ensuring consistent communication with clients and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Cultivate professional relationships with client contacts to build trust and guarantee satisfaction.
• Aid in organizing meetings and business reviews to assess progress toward client objectives and KPIs.
• Support the monitoring of account performance in relation to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Generate and revise reports on client metrics, usage trends, and levels of satisfaction.
• Report delivery issues and risks to senior team members for prompt resolution.
• Utilize CRM tools and analytics to monitor account health, engagement trends, and user adoption.
• Recognize potential enhancements, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Offer actionable insights to internal teams derived from client feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Desk, Renewals, and Marketing teams to facilitate account operations and manage client requests.
• Engage in internal meetings to remain updated on product developments and share customer insights.
• Develop a thorough understanding of JLLT products and services and their ROI implications for clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer success methodologies.
• Shadow senior team members during Strategic Business Reviews to learn best practices in enterprise account management.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks across various accounts.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical thinker who is comfortable working with metrics and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of customer success principles, client engagement, and service delivery metrics.
• Interest in technology solutions related to real estate and facilities management.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
