This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inspire and inform them about Vivo’s extensive services and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
• Remain updated on market dynamics.
• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to gather market intelligence.
• Work alongside local pharmaceutical sales representatives to create effective strategies.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address the concerns of providers or patients.
• Evaluate each provider’s infusion requirements and advocate for Vivo’s patient-focused services and processes.
• Clarify the clinics’ intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-efficient care.
• Leverage provided pharmaceutical representative contact lists to strengthen territory relationships.
• Employ Trella Health CRM to document daily calls and maintain regional notes.
• Seek sales opportunities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and care.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Represent Vivo in alignment with its guiding principles, mission, and values.
• Travel regularly within a 30–60 mile radius of supported clinics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, physician liaison, or healthcare sales is required.
• A valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
• Highly motivated individuals with a proven ability to manage a sales territory while achieving and surpassing sales targets are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
• Exceptional customer service skills along with learning agility and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Ability to learn or previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
