This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct meetings with healthcare professionals to inform them about Vivo’s services and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Keep track of market changes and developments.
• Work in collaboration with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to create effective strategies.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to resolve provider or patient issues.
• Evaluate providers’ infusion requirements and advocate for Vivo’s patient-focused services and processes.
• Clearly articulate details regarding clinic intake, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
• Leverage Pharma Rep contact sheets to build relationships within the territory.
• Utilize Trella Health CRM to document daily calls and maintain regional notes.
• Seek out sales opportunities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and care quality.
• Maintain a professional relationship with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Represent Vivo in alignment with its principles, mission, and values.
• Engage in extensive travel throughout the designated region.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales is essential.
• A valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory are required.
• Must be highly driven with a proven record of managing a sales territory while achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
• Exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Ability to learn or prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
• Capability to satisfactorily perform each essential duty is required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US is necessary.
