This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the promotion and sales of Lilly products within a designated immunology territory.
• Conduct impactful sales interactions with targeted clients to achieve established sales goals.
• Carry out necessary territory responsibilities and advocate for aligned products within the Immunology sales team.
• Achieve or surpass expectations for account and call activities, as well as time spent in the territory.
• Choose and implement HQ-approved educational initiatives and resources across key accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate through payers, health systems, and business drivers to secure access and enhance patient outcomes.
• Evaluate sales data and propose actions that align with brand strategy.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of disease states, products, the marketplace, and primary competitors.
• Generate customer value, foster demand, and promote brand loyalty.
• Establish and nurture relationships with account decision-makers to execute the business unit and brand strategy.
• Utilize marketing and sales materials with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Strategically plan and organize activities for consistent and regular territory coverage.
• Engage in training and development initiatives while adhering to industry and corporate guidelines.
• Report to the Vanigent Business Director for Immunology.
• BA/BS Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in immunology is preferred.
• Proven history of sales achievements.
• Experience navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with or understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• Valid driver's license with the capability to travel as needed, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Residency within the territory [Manhattan - White Plains] is required.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms is necessary.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) is required.
• Complete all assigned company and job-related training within the specified timelines.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be necessary based on the assigned territory and customer needs.
• Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled location for product samples may be required.
