Territory Manager – Hygiene Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct regional training aimed at enhancing quality care, boosting patient satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

• Support the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new hygienists at Aspen Dental locations.

• Collaborate with vendor partners to organize field meetings and promote the usage of products.

• Aid in training initiatives related to new patient care products and procedures.

• Act as the liaison for ADMI’s territory hygiene team, addressing daily phone and email inquiries about policies, reports, product features, incentives, ordering, and support materials.

• Team up with practice owners and ADMI field management to develop hygiene budgets and assess hygiene requirements for the territory, temporary positions, and additional hygiene days.

• Provide coaching to offices that are underperforming.

• Undertake additional developmental responsibilities as assigned or requested by practice owners of supported offices.

• Offer non-clinical guidance to hygienists working with and employed by Aspen Dental-branded practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active license and/or registration as a Dental Hygienist in the state of residence.

• Capability to obtain hygiene licenses in supporting states within one year of employment.

• Possess an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

• Willingness to travel to designated offices and organizational meetings, with up to 75% of travel requiring overnight stays.

• Proficient in handling small instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently, demonstrating dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Capable of performing clinical duties to facilitate training and enhance the patient experience.

• Physical capability to sit, stand, and/or bend for extended periods.

• Preferred experience in dental administration/leadership, adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty roles, and/or dental hygiene consulting, with a documented history of success.
