This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the marketplace.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and address customer needs to enhance both short- and long-term sales achievements.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments.
• Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders to establish trustworthy relationships.
• Implement call plans to meet performance metrics and optimize coverage of essential clients.
• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitive landscape, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical expertise.
• Share market insights with the district manager and team members to synchronize strategy and anticipate shifts in the environment.
• Differentiate the value proposition of Allergan Aesthetics to healthcare providers.
• Identify, nurture, and maintain expertise, market insights, and advocates to enhance brand performance.
• Create and optimize integrated account plans in collaboration with field team members.
• Utilize cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and gain market insights.
• Prioritize patients in all initiatives while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, science, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales position within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic sector.
• Preference for experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B, or marketing.
• Demonstrated success in sales and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong capability to proactively recognize customer styles/behaviors and swiftly adjust selling techniques accordingly.
• Solid business acumen and proficient utilization of business tools.
• Ability to think strategically and critically.
• Capacity to provide innovative ideas and solutions while anticipating and responding to changes or challenges.
• Proven ability to forge collaborative partnerships with regional colleagues and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Comfort with technology and various tools/systems for daily tasks.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and passport required.
• Advanced English proficiency/fluency is mandatory.
• Ability to think strategically when planning territory.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with in-field team members.
• Ability to leverage connections within cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and gather market insights.
