This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics effectively in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers while addressing their needs.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct evaluations after customer interactions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster trustworthy relationships.
• Implement call plans and enhance coverage of essential clients.
• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical knowledge.
• Provide market intelligence to the district manager and team members.
• Highlight Allergan Aesthetics’ unique value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain knowledge, market insights, and relationships with speakers/advocates.
• Assist in integrated account planning to optimize brand performance.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic sector.
• Preferred experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B, or marketing.
• Demonstrated success in sales performance.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Capability to recognize customer styles/behaviors and adjust the selling approach accordingly.
• Strong business insight.
• Proficient in utilizing business tools.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Innovative problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable with technology and various tools/systems.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends occasionally, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and passport required.
• Advanced knowledge of English / fluency in English is essential.
• Ability for strategic territory planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in communication and collaboration with in-field and cross-functional team members.
