This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the market.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Foster strong customer relationships and address customer needs to enhance both short- and long-term sales goals.
• Prioritize patient-centric efforts while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to comprehend and address their needs, expectations, and challenges.
• Implement call plans that meet established metrics and optimize engagement with key customers.
• Gain insights into customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical expertise.
• Provide market intelligence to the district manager and team members to align on environmental shifts and enhance brand strategy execution.
• Distinguish Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain knowledge, market insights, and speakers/advocates to elevate brand performance.
• Oversee the Montreal and South Shore territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Specialty Sales position within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic industry, or in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B, or marketing is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to recognize customer behavior/styles and swiftly adjust the selling approach accordingly.
• Solid business acumen.
• Proficient in utilizing business tools.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to propose innovative ideas and solutions while anticipating and responding to changes or challenges.
• Credible and respected role model and resource among colleagues.
• Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with regional colleagues and team members.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable using various technologies, tools, and systems for daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends occasionally, including overnight travel.
• Advanced proficiency in English; fluency is essential.
• Ability to think strategically in creating high-quality territory plans.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, evaluating business outcomes, and supporting decision-making.
• Capability to communicate and collaborate with in-field team members to develop and enhance integrated account plans.
• Ability to leverage cross-functional connections for business outcomes and market insights.
