This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics effectively in the marketplace.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and address their needs to optimize both short- and long-term sales results.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Engage with key stakeholders to establish trusted partnerships.
• Implement call strategies, enhance coverage of key accounts, and maximize sales potential.
• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical knowledge.
• Communicate market intelligence with the district manager and team members to align strategies and prepare for environmental changes.
• Highlight Allergan Aesthetics’ unique value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain knowledge, market insights, and relationships with speakers/advocates to enhance brand performance.
• Cover the territory of Montreal and South Shore.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Specialty Sales position within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic industry, with a preference for experience in Physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, B2B, or Marketing.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales performance and strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent capability to proactively recognize customer preferences and swiftly adapt selling techniques accordingly.
• Strong business acumen and proficient in utilizing business tools.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions while anticipating and addressing changes or challenges.
• Capability to build collaborative relationships with regional colleagues and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Comfortable with technology and adept at using various tools/systems.
• Position may require evening/weekend work occasionally, including overnight travel.
• A valid driver’s license and passport are necessary.
• Fluency in English is a crucial requirement.
• Ability to think strategically to aid in the development of high-quality territory plans.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with in-field team members.
• Capability to leverage cross-functional team connections for improved business outcomes and market insights.
