This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and address their needs to optimize both short- and long-term sales targets.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster trusted relationships.
• Implement call strategies that meet established metrics and enhance coverage of key clients.
• Gain insight into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical knowledge.
• Provide market intelligence to the district manager and team members to align on strategies and anticipate changes in the environment.
• Distinguish Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain knowledge, market insights, and advocates to enhance brand performance.
• Develop and optimize integrated account plans in collaboration with in-field team members.
• Utilize connections within cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and gather market insights.
• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic sector, with a preference for experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, B2B, or marketing.
• Demonstrated success in sales with strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent capacity to proactively assess customer styles and behaviors, adapting the sales approach accordingly.
• Strong business acumen and skilled in utilizing business tools effectively.
• Capable of strategic and critical thinking.
• Ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions while anticipating and addressing changes or challenges.
• Skill in building collaborative partnerships with regional colleagues and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Comfortable with technology and various tools/systems for daily operations.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends occasionally, including overnight travel.
• A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
• Fluency in English is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Ability to think strategically to aid in the development of high-quality territory plans.
