
Territory Manager, Continence Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Meet sales goals for Coloplast’s Continence Care product line.
• Build and nurture business relationships with key decision makers.
• Provide product training and in-services.
• Increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Target and manage key customer accounts effectively.
• Create and implement strategies to meet sales objectives in your territory.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to discover new opportunities.
• Gain insight into customer environments, decision makers, challenges, and opportunities.
• Progress the sales process and meet or exceed annual contract targets.
• Understand financial business models and perform cost/benefit assessments.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to unveil customer strategies and present financial and clinical value propositions.
• Organize daily call schedules and manage account coverage.
• Utilize GPO and IDN contracts, marketing initiatives, sales reports, and educational resources to drive growth.
• Track competitive activities and sales performance.
• Retain and expand existing customer business.
• Foster long-term relationships and enhance product usage within target accounts.
• Maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
• Participate in industry meetings and events for business development.
• Organize and manage data within the CRM system.
• Keep accurate sales records, reporting, and manage expenses.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred along with 3+ years of medical technology sales experience, OR a 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of medical technology sales experience, OR 7+ years of medical technology sales experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight trips, 25%–50% of the time.
• A valid driver’s license; driving is a necessary component of the role.
• Completion of credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities or systems.
• Adherence to relevant laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Outstanding listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective skills in time and territory management.
• Capable of performing administrative tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
