Territory Manager – Clear Aligners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide support for existing accounts and expand new clinics for Ormco brackets and wires, as well as the Spark Clear Aligner system.

• Enhance the Ormco fixed orthodontic catalog and Spark Clear Aligner business initiatives in North England, specifically along the M62 corridor.

• Identify sales growth and development opportunities with partners while nurturing relationships.

• Generate leads from distribution channels and create additional leads through techniques such as tenders.

• Regularly visit assigned customers to promote products, share information on new offerings, and collect feedback.

• Establish enduring customer relationships and drive revenue growth across tender regions, DMUs, and associated orthodontic specialists.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Approach potential customers and assess them as sales prospects.

• Adhere to corporate sales policies and procedures.

• Convey new product concepts and product extensions to marketing management.

• Follow corporate guidelines regarding customer entertainment and relations.

• Evaluate and report customer complaints, recommending corrective actions to the Region Sales Manager.

• Gather and report competitive intelligence to Marketing Management.

• Prepare weekly call reports, expense reports, periodic general reports, and other assigned documentation.

• Provide training for peers and customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A preferred BA/BSc degree or qualification as a Dentist, Orthodontist, or Orthodontic Therapist.

• Ideally, more than 3 years of sales experience in the MedTech field, or over 5 years of experience in a dental practice with aligner products/workflows.

• Excellent skills in building relationships.

• A growth-oriented mindset.

• Target-driven.

• Open to coaching and development.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.

• Willingness and capability to work in the field for more than 50%–70% of the week.

• Ideally located around Manchester and Leeds.
