This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve sales targets for your assigned territory while maintaining ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and promotional regulations.
• Educate and promote the product portfolio to physicians and healthcare professionals through individual meetings, group presentations, speaker programs, and sanctioned promotional activities.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field, with additional office time as necessary for planning calls, following up with customers, preparing presentations, scheduling appointments, and completing reports.
• Ensure a high level of productivity in calls and field activities.
• Meet the expectations of the call plan and accomplish the sales activity goals for your territory.
• Implement approved marketing strategies and execute territory and regional business plan initiatives.
• Provide support to targeted customers utilizing approved resources, sales materials, and promotional programs.
• Carry out the territory sales strategy by leveraging territory and regional business plans and call activity reports.
• Submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports accurately and punctually.
• Participate in company-sponsored sales and medical meetings.
• Manage both territory and regional projects while ensuring sales performance is maintained.
• Exhibit sales influence within the assigned territory.
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight trips, to engage with targeted healthcare professionals.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics sales.
• Experience in the cardiovascular field is preferred.
• Capability to learn, understand, and utilize medical, scientific, and commercial information effectively.
• Strong sales aptitude complemented by education and/or work experience in selling.
• A proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• A proactive and can-do attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective motivational and persuasion abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, as necessary.
