This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Present and promote Merit products to both new and existing clientele.
• Follow up with customers to ensure delivered products fulfill their requirements.
• Regularly meet with clients and accounts to showcase and explain the advantages of Merit products.
• Identify potential customers and introduce them to Merit offerings.
• Maintain client relationships and assess product satisfaction levels.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while boosting sales volume and profitability.
• Create tailored drawings for clients requiring custom kits or manifolds.
• Prepare and submit pricing contracts for client approval.
• Address any manufacturing or delivery issues with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure prompt and accurate product shipments.
• Stay updated on new Merit products and relay customer feedback regarding product needs and innovations.
• Make product-pricing decisions within established authorization limits.
• Compile monthly reports that summarize sales outcomes, client interactions, product changes, and suggestions for procedural improvements.
• Engage in sales training and strategic planning meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Merit products as well as competitor offerings.
• Set and strive to meet sales performance targets.
• Travel by car, airplane, bus, and other means as necessary to fulfill sales responsibilities.
• Execute other sales-related tasks as required.
• Education and experience equivalent to a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• At least five years of direct sales experience, ideally within the medical product sector.
• Proficient in effective communication and understanding the needs of others in a sales context.
• Strong personal motivation and ambition to achieve both personal and professional objectives.
• Exceptional oral presentation abilities and quick thinking when addressing problems and providing solutions to medical technicians and clinicians.
• Capacity to learn the operation of medical equipment and identify areas for improvement in its use.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member to meet organizational goals.
• Proficiency in business mathematics for calculating percentages and preparing financial and sales reports.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to document and report information accurately.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours as necessary.
• Demonstrated computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software applications.
• Fluent in both Danish and English.
