This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee sales and distribution within a designated geographic area, including merchandising efforts.
• Effectively communicate and promote company initiatives to retail partners, encompassing promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Implement and promote the 4Ps—presence, pricing, promotion, and product—to customers and adult nicotine consumers.
• Create a localized strategy and business plan aimed at achieving specific territory objectives.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and target both existing and potential retail outlets within the geographic territory for product sales opportunities.
• Provide consultation and guidance to retail partners on category management and business analytics.
• Innovate methods to enhance business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning.
• Develop and/or utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key initiatives and other business metrics.
• Enhance leadership potential through ongoing training and impactful experiences.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate market opportunities and their effect on business performance and outcomes.
• Fulfill all account management responsibilities within assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned within the scope of your practice.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in a marketing-centric role, ideally in sales, field marketing, or B2B.
• Skilled in utilizing sales technologies and software such as SalesForce and Tableau to analyze and act on key data insights.
• Work effectively in a team environment and develop account relationships through cross-functional collaboration.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past 3 years.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle or be willing to acquire a vehicle for daily work use.
• Capable of focusing and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs.
• Capable of climbing and working at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
• Able to access and work in limited and confined spaces.
• Proficient in visually inspecting and manipulating merchandise and advertising displays.
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Willingness to drive up to 100 miles per day.
